Key Accounts Sales Manager
Main Purpose of The Job
The main purpose of the job is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business at selected key customers
The Main Duties
- Ensures mutually beneficial business relations with assigned major customers
- Acts as liaison between the company and assigned major customers
- In consultations with consultants, prepares relevant major customers’ marketing plans Identifies the short-, medium- and long-term needs of the company’s services & solutions at assigned major customers
- In consultations with consultants, prepare proposals and tenders for company’s services & solutions needed by assigned major customers
- Follow-up the submitted proposals until order closing
- Achieves the company’s quarterly and yearly sales objectives at assigned major customers

Bintaro Jaya, South Tangerang
The Candidate
- Age max. 45 years
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in management or higher
- Excellent skills in developing mutually beneficial business relations
- Has several years experience in selling of professional services
- Excellent written communication skills oral and written
- Good logical and analytical thinking
- High achievement motivation
- Able to work with high speed and accuracy
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good English, oral and written
- Able to operate a PC with Ms Office programs
The Remuneration
- Initial monthly Salary: Rp 6 million and an attractive incentive scheme
- With this scheme, a well performing jobholder will be able to generate an average monthly income for him or her of Rp 20 million or more.
